10 Steps to achieving a younger looking face

To obtain the goal of this post, I suggest achieving one task at a time.
Don't get carried away blitzing through, work your way through each step at a mindful pace.
All steps are important.

Step 1: Create a youthful smile

Smile with your eyes, a little, not too much - now move up the corners of your mouth.

Step 5: Oxygen, sleep and deep relaxation

8 hours of sleep is not a realistic goal for everyone.
Especially when you are trying to create a blog along with a zillion other life commitments.
There are ways to acheive a sleep like state and accumulate the amount of rest you are getting per day without actually scoring zzz's.

Ways to achieve rest without sleep

Zoning out
Breathe deeply and clear your mind.
If possible refrain from allowing any thoughts to enter your space.
Prefer a lower level? Need something to focus on? Imagine you are sitting in a forest, you are the only person around and are surrounded by trees, focus on the sounds of the leaves, branches swaying and the wind in the trees. 
Let oxygen flow deeply through your entire body, mind and soul.

Meditation
Did you know?
You can achieve a deeper state of relaxation than the deepest state of sleep.
20 minutes a day of deep meditation can be equivalent to a 4 hours sleep. 

A very worthwhile book I refer to over and over and fits in your pocket is the Little Book of Mindfulness: 10 minutes a day to less stress, more peace by Patricia Collard. 
I highly recommend owing a copy.
   

Step 6: Keep your blood pressure low

Tackle one of the below at a time.

  • Exercise regularly - 20+ minutes a day

There are a few makeup tricks to make someone look younger.
